GAEMCO Successfully Obtained EASA POA

 

On 22nd Jul 2019, GAMECO successfully obtained EASA POA (Production Organization Approval) with certificate No. of EASA.21G.0063, which means GAMECO’s manufacturing and airworthiness capabilities are further internationally recognized.

 
POA is a certification issued by EASA to companies that meet EASA’s requirements of regulations (EASA Part 21, Subpart G). It took nearly two years to get the approval since the launching in Aug 2017 followed up by a lot of video conferences, site audits, communication and correction actions.  After the issuance of the approval for the first time, there will be a two-year continuous monitoring period during which GAMECO will receive regular audits by the audit team.

 
The Scope of this approval for GAEMECO is part manufacturing, which means that GAMECO can supply its self-manufactured parts to EASA-registered aircrafts. This will reduce GAMECO’s maintenance cost, broaden the revenue-generating channels, and also lay a solid foundation for GAMECO to become a first-class MRO in China and even around the world.

In the future, GAMECO will continue to strengthen the capabilities of maintenance, modification, engineering and other services, and provide customers with more comprehensive and efficient maintenance engineering services.
