GAMECO CBC Obtain Ultrasonic Steam Cleaner Invention Patent

GAMECO CBC Emergency Shop has recently received the invention patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office for the self-developed Ultrasonic Steam Cleaner for Oxygen Components.

 

The cleaner machine is fully enclosed with elegant appearance. It can be operated automatically by a touch screen and PLC, and equipped with5  standard cleaning processes for selection. Meanwhile, the machine is also convertible between manual mode and automatic mode. Its washing process can be chosen on demand of production. The device is modularly designed with a high degree of automation, cleaning effect, cleaning speed, mobility, ease of use, reasonable structure, long service life, maintenance friendly, etc.

 

Currently this device has been put into use in the workshop. And it proves that, compared with previous cleaning methods, ultrasonic steam cleaner is much more practical, environmentally friendly and efficient. It can clean parts made from different materials and by different manufacturers at the same time. Its unique design of the cleaner volatility suppression device is conducive to reducing the consumption of cleaning agents and cutting contacts between workers and cleaning agents, which realizes the "people-oriented, safe and environmental friendly" design concept.
