The first ATEC-6 RFEM tester successfully settled at GAMECO CBC Radio Workshop

Recently, the ATEC-6 RFEM tester with containing RFEM (RF Expansion Module) has been successfully settled at CBC Radio workshop, the first work shop in China to have this world-class comprehensive test stand.

ATEC-6 RFEM, the most advanced aviation automatic detection equipment in the world with VXI/PXI bus architecture, ARINC608 interface standard and ATLAS626 test software, are applicable to most of electronic equipment overhaul, including communications, navigation, TCAS, transponder and other RF systems, of the new Airbus and Boeing aircraft types. Featured with comprehensive functions, easy to operate and wide applicability, it provides a strong support for CBC Radio Workshop to develop new capability for new aircraft types in future.

During receiving and acceptance of the new test stand, engineers from the manufacturers SPHEREA and COBHAM (former known as AEROFLEX) conducted a comprehensive training course and issued certificates to test stand developers and engineers of CBC Radio workshop.

 

As ATEC-6 RFEM joins the family of CBC Radio workshop, the development of CBC Radio workshop will be like a tiger with wings added.
