Progress made in Uni-Top FTM Services

As an important project of fleet management at GAMECO this year, fleet management assigned by Uni-top is one of GAMECO’s foci in 2015. With the approval of A330-600 freighter maintenance program by the authority and smooth running of B-2330 c-Check, GAMECO has completed the start-up assignments from Uni-Top, which symbolizes a new stage of cooperation between Uni-Top and GAMECO. It also sets a precedent for GAMECO to undertake FTM business of domestic airlines.

 

Uni-Top is an important third party customer for GAMECO with business scope covering from FTM services and aircraft maintenance. The main assignments at the current stage include compilation of A300-600F maintenance program, fleet reliability management, AD/SB evaluation, and the completion of job cards and Eos, etc.

 

The Project Team has completed evaluation for over 120 AD/SB and performed daily dynamic management for Uni-top. Meanwhile, the Team has also made preservation plan for B-2330, compiled job cards, cooperated with planning department in preparation for preservation, reviewed over 1600 EOs and job cards requested by the customer and assisted Uni-Top in applying for supplementary certification, etc.
