Full Implementation of Paperless Examination of CCAR66 Skill License at GAMECO

In order to maintain a leading position in all the CCAR-66 examination sites in China, GAMECO examination site is brave in innovation and dares to take responsibility. After making detailed plan and scheme, GAMECO applied to the Maintenance Personnel License Examination Management Center for the building of paperless skill license examination site and successfully got the approval in April, 2018.

 

GAMECO examination site has independently developed a set of examination management system and examination questions template running based on Microsoft OFFICE macro code. With network server authorization administration, the key functions for an exam such as the confidentiality of examination questions, intelligent process, paperless evaluation for an exam and electronic archive access can be all achieved. With the assist of IMS, after 8 months of constant debugging and improvement, the paperless examination was officially put into operation at GAMECO examination site on January 29 and 30, 2019. With no doubt the operation effect and performance of such new method were as good as expected.

 

Full implementation of paperless exam improves the efficiency significantly and reduces the human errors during the whole examination process. Moreover, the exploration of paperless license basic skill examination not only stays in line with the future development direction encouraged by General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC), but also keeps GAMECO examination site in the leading role in both intelligent examination administration and digital examination operation.
