GAMECO and CASC signed Strategy Cooperation Framework Agreement

 

 
GAMECO and China Aviation Supplies Co., Ltd (CASC) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the 13th China Air Show (Zhuhai) on Sep.28. Based on the principle of "equality and mutual trust, risk sharing, benefit sharing, mutual benefit and joint development", GAMECO and CASC will cooperate in aviation material sharing, consumable parts supplying, component support, rental, sale and maintenance of component, disposal of redundant inventory ,warehouse sharing and other fields. DGM Zhang Zhengrong of CSA, GM Wu Rongxin of Engineering Technology Branch of CSA, GM Yang Xiaoming of CASC,GMA Tan Kejian of CASC and executives attended and testified the signing ceremony.

 

GAMECO is approved as a maintenance organization by CAAC, FAA, EASA and over twenty other global aviation authorities, and certificated by AS9100, ISO9001 series of international standards. It is capable of performing multi-levels of aircraft maintenance checks, modification and engineering services for various types of civil aircraft and accessories.It is one of the MRO with the strongest technical capacity and the most complete functions in China.

CASC is approved by SASAC to restructured as a Shared Aviation Supplies Platform Company with shares held by China Southern Airlines Holding Company, China National Aviation Holding Company, China Eastern Airlines, CASC and China Reform Holdings Corporation Ltd.

Dedicated to the field of aviation supplies and services, CASC develops business such as LM rotable FHS, component rental, disposal of redundant inventory, aircraft disassemble and recycle . It builds a new Chinese material support system and the sharing platform of aviation supplies within the whole industry , endeavors to become an irreplaceable comprehensive service provider with comprehensive support of aviation supplies as its main businesses based on the development of the comprehensive support businesses.
