Technicians |
|
Technicians are graduates from aviation maintenance technology school or above with at lease one year experience, holding CAAC licenses for basic items & aircraft type, fully understanding aircraft operation systems of Boeing series and Airbus series, familiar with usage of most special tools/testing equipments related and being able to comprehend English technical documents and manuals. |

Production Controllers |
|
Production Controllers are graduates subject aviation technology & engineering with at least 3 years experience on aircraft maintenance, holding CAAC licenses for basic items A and P or E or AV, familiar with basic systems and maintenance working procedures for all types of aircraft, and being very capable in site management. |

Engineers of Engineering Department |
|
Engineers of Engineering Department are graduates from aviation college or above covering all aspects of fuselage, airframe system, avionic and electrical. 4 years working experience with CAAC basic licenses are necessary. Also they are very familiar with airworthiness standards of CAAC/FAA/JAA, good in analyzing & solving issues found, able to accomplish engineering drawing with relevant software and of high level in English comprehension. |

Inspectors |
|
Inspectors are experienced professional holding CCAR65 or CCAR66 licenses and RII type rating with at least 5 years maintenance working experience, familiar with all maintenance standards in manuals, smart in detecting problem with quick action accordingly, and good at management so as to release aircraft without error. |

Component repair technicians |
|
Component repair technicians are graduates from Technical Secondary School or above with at least 3 years technical working experience, familiar with all kinds of tools and testing equipment, capable to conduct basic maintenance to work-related equipment, and able to comprehend English technical documents and CMM. |
