GAMECO pays high attention to employee training and development, constantly striving to bring up and improve the Maintenance Team by promoting and adopting high-level technology and instill a strong sense of responsibility. This concept produces excellent results, translating into improved service. GAMECO Training Department provides training courses for all types of aircraft strictly in compliance with the airworthiness regulations. GAMECO is the first station in China to obtain authorization from Airbus to provide post and OJT training for A319/320/321 aircraft.
